You see, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals, and I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin and have the energy to live the life they want.

I’m not a doctor or a registered dietitian, but I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health, fitness, and nutrition industry.
I’m also a regular reader of the latest research on these topics.
